Delete your Yuum account

In the app (straight away)

1. Open Yuum and tap Settings (top right of Home).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account, then Delete.

Your account is deleted at once, and you are signed out.

Without the app

Write to vivekmandal@pixnmind.com with the subject "Delete my Yuum account", from the email you signed in with (or tell us that email). We delete the account within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (your Google, Apple or email account's link to Yuum) and your account's ID.
• Your credits and your plan's record in Yuum.
• Every file Yuum's server keeps for you: AI results, music and voices made for you, AI shots, cutouts and the rest.
• The records of your AI jobs.

What is kept

• Your projects and videos on your phone: they were never on Yuum's server. Delete them in the app, or delete the app.
• A plan is billed by Google Play or the App Store: cancel it there (Play Store › Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions), or it renews. Deleting the account doesn't cancel it or refund it.
• Records the law asks us to keep, such as those of purchases, for as long as it asks.
